The Internet's design and raison d'être are complete freedom, but freedom might lead to anarchy harmful anti-social activities. In this paper I address the concepts of moral social responsibility, applying them Internet realm in considering most troubling phenomenon cyberbullying that results loss life. Specifically, probe responsibilities users (agents), parents education system fighting cyberbullying. Balance needs be struck between two important principles: expression responsibility.
